New Hampshire learner and youth-license rules: sources and limits
10 original questions with explanations and saved review. Selected ordinary car-learning, supervision, age evidence, driver education, additional practice and younger-driver night/passenger/restraint decisions. Common skills and existing road-rule practice remain separate.
Read each question’s conditions carefully. Requirements can differ by age, license and vehicle use. How we built this practice.
How we built this practice
The General Court’s published RSA Chapter 263 was read October 1, 2026. Selected section histories include January 1, 2026 for section 14 and 2019 effective dates for sections 19 and 25. The relevant bodies and histories were read, not the inaccessible DMV manual or every later session law.
The actual legislative HTML sections and these original questions were directly read and reviewed October 1, 2026. Internal locators identify sections, clauses and reader lines, not PDF pages. Specific source-history dates remain distinct from the editorial review date.
What is not covered
This is not a complete application or eligibility guide. Ordinary scenarios exclude granted disability waivers and school-hardship licenses where relevant. The exact eighteenth-birthday restriction boundary and the minor-consent provision’s alternatives are not scored. Commercial and motorcycle privileges are separate; no learner holding period is imported from another state.
Practice and saved mistakes
The full and shuffled views reuse the same 10 questions. Separate technical numbered sets and mixed practice selections stay unchanged. My mistakes adds this local topic to the same CAR history, without mixing other vehicles or states.
Keep the scenario’s conditions in mind
