Selected New Mexico CDL qualifications: sources and limits
5 original questions with explanations and saved review. Selected underlying-license, transfer, HazMat exception, testing-path and medical-examiner decisions. These local requirements are separate from school-bus and common technical practice.
Read each question’s conditions carefully. Requirements can differ by age, license and vehicle use. How we built this practice.
How we built this practice
The actual New Mexico MVD CDL agency body was read September 29, 2026 and recovered for editorial review October 1. No publication or update date was established. Older paper-certificate instructions were not converted into current reporting questions.
The underlying agency paragraphs were read on September 29, 2026. Their retained text was recovered and these original questions reviewed on October 1, 2026; recovery is not a new primary-source fetch or confirmation of amendments since that earlier read. Question-level section references keep that distinction internally.
What is not covered
This is not a complete CDL eligibility guide. Minimum ages, intrastate and interstate limitations, CLP duration and supervision, medical self-certification categories and current certificate reporting remain outside this set. Applicable training depends on the transaction; the testing-path scenario assumes that training is complete.
Practice and saved mistakes
The full and shuffled views reuse the same 5 questions. Separate technical numbered sets and mixed practice selections stay unchanged. My mistakes adds this local topic to the same CDL history, without mixing other vehicles or states.
