Selected Vermont motorcycle authority and operating rules: sources and limits
16 original questions with explanations and saved review. Motorcycle learner authority, permit restrictions, approved-course skill-test recognition, lane use, passenger equipment and control, and helmet and eye-protection duties. The separate common-skills sets keep their original question selections.
Read each question’s conditions carefully. Requirements can differ by age, license and vehicle use. How we built this practice.
How we built this practice
Selected Vermont Statutes, Title 23, Chapters 9 and 13, and their histories were read October 1, 2026. The publisher identifies a 2025-session compilation; this is not a complete 2026 amendment audit. Section 617 shows July 1, 2025; lane-use and footrest provisions show September 1, 2010. No effective day is invented for histories that omit it.

The actual operative HTML and these original questions were directly read and independently reviewed October 1, 2026. Exact clauses and reader-line references are retained internally, not invented PDF pages. The unavailable DMV motorcycle manual is not treated as read.
What is not covered
No universal mandatory-course or minimum-age claim is made: the training implementation rule needs separate confirmation. Consent exceptions, fees and official test specifications are not scored. Technical night or passenger advice does not override learner restrictions; the after-dark lens scenario uses a fully endorsed rider.
Practice and saved mistakes
The full and shuffled views reuse the same 16 questions. Separate technical numbered sets and mixed practice selections stay unchanged. My mistakes adds this local topic to the same rider history, without mixing other vehicles or states.
