  1. Two adjacent same-direction lanes contain stopped cars. May you ride your motorcycle between the traffic lines?

Correct answer: No; do not pass between the lines.

The prohibition includes stopped queues. Passing in a lawful, unoccupied lane is different.

  2. A passenger cannot rest their feet on the assigned pegs and has no permanent physical disability. May you carry them?

Correct answer: Not in that arrangement.

Passenger footrest reach is required; the stated permanent-disability exception does not apply here.

  3. An ordinary two-wheel motorcycle operator turns 21. Does age alone make riding without a helmet lawful?

Correct answer: No; other exemption conditions also apply.

The exemption also requires at least two years’ endorsement or an approved course, plus required medical coverage.

  4. You ride a two-wheel motorcycle at 40 mph without a windshield. Which eye protection is required?

Correct answer: Shatterproof goggles or a face shield.

This speed exceeds the agency’s 35-mph threshold. Without a windshield, use the specified wearable protection.
