West Virginia guidance checked September 29, 2026. Shared recognition retains its own dates and lawful artwork credits. Exact provenance remains in internal records. Numbered tests, topics and mixes reuse the same questions; repeated appearances do not increase the inventory.

The current DMV handbook catalog links the Driver Licensing Handbook revised July 2026, 90 physical pages. Printed page 1 is PDF page 11. Current agency instructions and statutes are used for selected state requirements and to resolve older or conflicting manual text. The ordinary car class is Class E.

The catalog-linked Motorcycle Operator Manual has 58 physical pages, with West Virginia edits from March 2023 and MSF eighteenth-revision material from June 2020. Printed page 1 is PDF page 2. This question set covers two-wheel riding, F-endorsement or Class F qualification, permit restrictions and selected equipment requirements, not three-wheel handling. A course skills-test waiver is not an issued motorcycle license and does not replace the initial permit process.

The catalog-linked CDL Manual has 196 physical pages and is marked Rev. 08/2023; its operating sections identify the 2005 testing system, Version July 2017. Current DMV guidance supersedes its older CLP-duration and paper-medical instructions: a CLP may not exceed one year and cannot be renewed, and the medical provider submits medical certification electronically. The separate paper-certificate waiver ended April 10, 2026. Commercial learners must carry both the CLP and ordinary license and have an appropriately licensed supervisor aged at least 21.

Practice settings and limits

Numbered sets and fresh mixes are untimed, generally 20 questions or fewer, with an editorial 80% study target. These short sessions are not the official West Virginia exam format or a passing prediction. CDL mixed practice covers general knowledge only; select the relevant endorsements separately.

This finite English release covers core Class E car, two-wheel motorcycle and applicable CDL knowledge families with selected current requirements. It is not every administrative exception, every possible exam question, translated parity or practical-driving certification. Use the complete manuals and qualified instruction, and confirm application requirements with West Virginia DMV before testing.

Independent practice, not official West Virginia test questions. Common signs and driving skills are not unique West Virginia rules. State licensing requirements are kept separate from shared operating guidance. Quizzes do not replace the complete manuals, current agency instructions or hands-on training.
