Delaware-specific guidance checked September 29, 2026. Sign-recognition records retain lawful artwork attribution, with source dates recorded per question. Exact source references are kept internally. Repeating a question on another page does not increase the inventory.
The currently linked Delaware Driver Manual has a July 2026 cover, although the forms catalog still labels its link July 2025. We use the actual document, including Delaware lane markings, bicycle passing, signaling and driver responsibilities.
Two-wheel skills use the linked Motorcycle Operator Manual. Current DMV motorcycle instructions and motorcycle statutes supplement its older licensing text, including the first-two-years helmet requirement. These are not three-wheel handling lessons.
The Modernized CDL Manual (February 2025) supplies common commercial driving guidance. Current CDL instructions and Title 21, chapter 26 govern selected state requirements. Current dedicated CDL instructions resolve older generic permit and paper-medical-submission guidance. Federal ELDT and hazardous-material rules are not presented as Delaware-only law.
Practice settings and official tests
Numbered sets and fresh mixes are short, untimed study sessions, generally 20 questions or fewer. The 80% target is an editorial learning setting, not a verified Delaware exam specification. General-knowledge CDL mixes do not combine unrelated endorsements into one purported official test.
Official Delaware pages currently give inconsistent car knowledge-test counts and adult road-test waiting periods. We do not turn either disputed value into a quiz answer or claim an exact official simulator. Motorcycle and CDL exam lengths, timers and passing scores were not established for this release. Check current DMV instructions when scheduling an official test.
Coverage is finite: core English car, two-wheel motorcycle and CDL knowledge families with selected current state requirements. Every administrative exemption, every possible exam question, translated parity, full three-wheel training and practical certification are outside this release. Use the complete manuals and qualified instruction alongside practice.

More about these sources
Independent practice, not official Delaware test questions. Common signs and driving skills are not unique Delaware rules. State licensing requirements are kept separate from shared operating guidance. Quizzes do not replace the complete manuals, current agency instructions or hands-on training.
